Riverbed Ranch, Utah, is an off-grid community being created by the Utah OSR Land Co-op. It is a non-profit agricultural cooperative organized under Utah law by one of the country's top co-op attorneys for the benefit of those who choose to join and live an off-grid, agricultural lifestyle.

Interesting! Its nice to see people making a self sufficient community, good idea! I moved my family to a somewhat remote area in the mountains of northern New Mexico on 240 acres of old homestead property with water rights, and have made it self sufficient off the grid, but with all the conveniences of town, and without any neighbors. I've done it all by myself with the exception of family members, but the thought of a community that working together is intriguing.
